Staging Report and Written Recommendations for DIY: $150
A detailed walk through of you house
Discussion about any decluttering, depersonalization, and furniture/ accessory placement and rearrangement needs
A detailed written report of recommendations for how you can show your home in its best light, including examples
Decluttering and depersonalization:
$100/hour (Must provide your own storage containers and/or storage unit)
Staging With Your Furniture and Accessories (should already be decluttered and depersonalized)
250/hour with a 3 hour minimum
$75/hour additional time
Vacant Home and Vacation Rental Staging
Including all furniture and accessories for a 3 month lease
3 rooms (living room, dining room, master bedroom): $1350 - $1750
5 rooms (living room, dining room, three bedrooms): $2250 - $3250
Kitchen and 1 bath accessories included in pricing

Professionally taken and edited photographs
Videography: $500
Professional videography and editing to gain the most interest in your home and set it apart from other listings, set to background music and narrated appropriately to bring your home’s custom crafted story to life
